To comply with legal and financial regulations, every Dropshipper must complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process by providing accurate and valid information. This policy outlines the mandatory KYC requirements and the responsibilities of Dropshippers in furnishing correct details.

 

  • Mandatory KYC Information

Each Dropshipper is required to provide the following information accurately during the KYC verification process:

  • Bank Account Number
  • Account Holder Name (As per the bank records)
  • GST (Goods and Services Tax) Certificate & Number (if applicable)

 

  • Responsibility of Dropshippers
  • The Dropshipper is solely responsible for ensuring that the details provided during the KYC process are accurate and up to date.
  • Any incorrect, false, or misleading information submitted by the Dropshipper may result in delays, non-payment, or account suspension.
  • The Company will not be responsible for any financial loss, failed transactions, or legal consequences arising due to incorrect or fraudulent details provided by the Dropshipper.

 

  • GST & PAN Verification
  • All clients are solely responsible for ensuring that the GST and PAN details on client's profile are accurate and valid. While we provide an option to enter and update such information, it is the client’s duty to add & verify the correctness of these details.
  • It will be dropshipper's responsibility to verify GST details added in their profile for correct GST filing, we will not be liable for any type of wrong GST filing if the details available in the dropshipper profile will be wrong.

 

  • Verification & Compliance

      3.4.1    Wukusy reserves the right to verify the provided details through authorized third-party services or regulatory bodies.

       3.4.2   Any discrepancies found in the KYC details may lead to rejection of the application or temporary suspension of services until the correct details are provided.

 

  • Updates & Revisions

3.5.1    Dropshippers are required to update their KYC details promptly in case of any changes.

3.5.2   Wukusy reserves the right to modify this policy at any time, and Dropshippers will be notified of such changes through the platform or registered communication channels.

 

  • Acceptance of Terms

By using the Wukusy App as a Dropshipper, you acknowledge and agree to comply with the KYC Policy outlined above. Non-compliance may result in restrictions on your account and services.

  1. Product Description Policy

At Wukusy, we offer our products in a wide range of colors to suit your preferences. Due to the nature of our product sourcing, many of our items are available in multiple colors, and we process orders accordingly. To ensure efficient processing and prompt delivery, the specific color of your product will be selected based on availability at the time of dispatch. Please note that color preferences cannot be specified during the ordering process. Your order will be processed according to the color available in stock which can not be pre decided while placing or confirming the order. While we showcase a limited selection of colors in our product images, rest assured that a variety of colors is available, and your order will be processed accordingly.

 

  1. Shipping Policy

 

  • THIS SHIPPING POLICY IS ONLY FOR INDIA ORDER.
    • Processing time:
      100% of orders are shipped from our warehouse within 1-2 business day except public holidays. Orders placed over the weekend are dispatched on Mondays.
    • Standard Shipping(Gujrat): Delivery: 6-7 business days after Dispatch
    • Standard Shipping(All Other State): Delivery: 7-10 business days after Dispatch, (except few pincodes where the delivery time given by courier company can be upto 15 business days)
    • Resolution timeline: In case of any parcel getting stuck during the transit, or delayed due to any reason, the resolution timeline for that parcel will be dependent on the respective logistic company. While we will try to escalate and get the issue resolved, DABSTER INTERNATIONA PRIVATE LIMITED takes no liability for any delay caused in transit of parcel and the final resolution timeline will be as stated by the respective logistic company in which the order was being sent.

If the package cannot be delivered to the given shipping address due to causes ascribable to the absent cooperation of the customer (wrong or incorrect shipping address, absent receiver,) or if the customer refuses to collect the package, the package will be returned to the sender at the customer’s expense. The expense includes shipping costs incurred; this amount will be deducted from the total of the order to be refunded.

 

5.5 Our Carriers:
We use DTDC, Blue Dart, and Ecom Express for deliveries which can be changed depending upon the servicable pincodes from the courier partners.

 

5.6 BANK HOLIDAYS:
We do not deliver on a Bank Holiday so your parcel will be delivered on the next working day.

 

5.7 Shipping Delays and Transit Issues Policy:

We are committed to delivering your orders in a timely manner. However, there are instances where shipments may experience delays or be temporarily stuck in transit. While we strive for swift deliveries, there are certain factors that can lead to delays, such as weather conditions, customs processing, and other circumstances beyond our control.

In the event that your shipment is delayed or remains in transit for longer than expected, please be aware that it may take up to 45 days for the courier service to resolve the issue and complete the delivery. During this time, the courier company is responsible for managing any transit-related problems, including delays or lost shipments.

Please note that we are not responsible for any delays caused by the courier company once the package leaves our facility. As such, any issues that arise after dispatch, including shipping delays, are beyond our direct control.

We kindly ask for your patience and understanding during this period. We are doing everything possible to ensure your order is delivered as quickly as possible, but we encourage you to monitor the tracking information provided for updates on your shipment’s status.

We understand that issues may arise with products, and we strive to ensure a smooth and fair return and refund process for both our dropshipping partners and their end customers. Please carefully review the refund and return policy below.

 

  • Returns and Refunds for Dropshipping partners

We want our customers to be fully satisfied with their purchases. Our return and refund process is designed to handle specific situations.

  • Return Request Period
  • 48-Hour Notification: To ensure we can properly assess any issues with the product, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  • Requests submitted after 48 hours may not be accepted.
  • The return/refund request must be submitted by raising a support ticket from wukusy client login. Any details submitted by any other medium than this will not be considered valid.

 

  • Return Eligibility
  • Damaged or Defective Products: If the product is damaged or defective upon arrival, the customer must provide an unboxing video showing the damage. This video is required to assess the situation and determine the appropriate action. The complaint must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  • Missing Items: If any items are missing from the order, an unboxing video must be provided showing the contents of the package clearly. Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order so we can investigate the situation and, if confirmed, we will issue a refund for the missing item(s) after our investigation.

 

  • Refund Eligibility
  • Refunds will be processed for eligible returns based on the following criteria:
  • Damaged or Defective Products: Upon confirmation of the damage or defect through the unboxing video, a full or partial refund will be processed based on our approval. No return or refund can be processed for defective electronics items.
  • Missing Items: If we are unable to fulfill the missing item(s), we will issue a refund for the missing items.
  • Refund amount will be subject to approval by Dabster International Private Limited depending on the condition of the item, type of item, condition of the unboxing video and nature of the defect.

 

  • Return Shipping

Customer’s Responsibility: The customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a reliable shipping service with tracking to ensure the safe return of the product.

 

  • Rejection/Denial of Parcel
  • If the customer rejects or denies acceptance of a parcel after it has been dispatched, the following deductions will apply:
  • Shipping Charge: 2 times the original shipping charge will be deducted, this includes both forward and reverse shipping costs.
  • These deductions will be made before issuing any refunds.

 

  • Refund Process

Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you (the dropshipping partner) about the approval or rejection of the refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment within 7 days of approval.

Note: The refund will be issued only if the product is unused, undamaged, and in its original condition with the original packaging.

 

  • Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return or refund, including but not limited to:

  • Products that have been used, opened, or damaged by the customer.
  • Products marked as non-returnable in the product description.
  • Electronic Products.

 

  • How to Process a Return/Refund

For Dropshipping Partners:

  • When an end customer requests a return or refund due to a defect, damage, or incorrect item, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
  • Submit the unboxing video and any relevant supporting documentation for us to assess the return request.
  • Once the return is approved, follow the return process and ensure that the customer is informed. The customer will have to ship the item back to us, and after receiving the product, we will issue the refund or replacement, whichever is communicated earlier during the confirmation.

 

  • Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are non-refundable under all circumstances, regardless of the reason for the return. This includes both the initial shipping fees and any costs incurred for returning the product. The dropshipper will be responsible for covering the return shipping fees. We recommend using a reliable shipping service with tracking to ensure the safe return of the product.

 

  1. Order Cancellation Policy

No Cancellations from Dropshipper After Order Confirmation: Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled by Dropshipper. We process all orders immediately to ensure prompt delivery, and therefore, cancellations are not permitted.

No Modifications Allowed: Once the order is confirmed, no changes or modifications (such as product additions, changes in address, or updates to the order) are allowed. Please ensure all details are accurate before confirming your order.

Exceptions: In rare circumstances, such as if the item is out of stock, a pricing error occurs or the Pincode provided for delivery is not serviceable, we reserve the right to cancel the order. In such cases, the full amount will be refunded to you.

 

  1. Withdrawal Policy

Wukusy Dropshipping Platform Withdrawal Policy

At Wukusy, we strive to provide a seamless experience for our users. Please read the following withdrawal policy carefully to understand the terms and conditions for withdrawing funds from your wallet to your bank account.

  • Bank Details Requirement
  • To initiate a withdrawal from your wallet, you must ensure that your bank details are correctly entered in the profile section of your account. This is a mandatory step for processing any bank transfers.
  • In case of payment failue by the banking system, we will only make total 2 attempts of payment transfer in the same bank account detail provided by Dropshipper, if the payment gets failed on both the attempts, then the dropshipper will have to provide new bank details for payment or the dropshipper will have to contact their bank to rectify the payment failuers.
  • We will make 3rd attempt of payment to the same bank detail only after the dropshipper have rectified the issue with their receiving bank, otherwise new bank account details will be mandatory to process the withdrawal request.
  • Dabster International Private Limited will not be liable for any delay caused in payment due to Dropshipper not providing new bank details if requested.
  • Minimum Withdrawal Amount
  • The minimum withdrawal amount is 1000 INR. Any balance below this amount is not eligible for withdrawal.
  • Bank Transfer Processing Time
  • Once the withdrawal request is made, the bank transfer will typically be processed within 7 working days. Please allow sufficient time for the transfer to reflect in your bank account.
  • Cancelled Bank Transfers
  • In the event that a bank transfer is cancelled due to any reason (e.g., incorrect bank details, bank refusal, or technical issues), you will be able to initiate another withdrawal request only after 7 working days from the date of the cancelled transfer.
  • In even of any payment failure by bank, the dropshipper will have to provide us another bank details in case needed or wait till the current banking issue gets resolved to complete the transfer. Dabster International Private Limited will not be liable for any payment failure happening due to system error of banks and its websites/ servers.
  • Incorrect Bank Details
  • It is your responsibility to provide accurate and up-to-date bank details. Wukusy is not liable for any issues or delays caused by incorrect bank information. If the withdrawal fails due to incorrect details provided by you, we will not be responsible for any loss or inconvenience caused.
  • Insufficient Wallet Information
  • For us to process your withdrawal, we require complete and accurate Bank Details. If your withdrawal is delayed due to insufficient or incorrect Bank Details, Wukusy will not be held responsible for any delays or issues.
  • Handling of COD Amount Discrepancies
  • In the unlikely event that any but not limited to technical bugs or glitches result in Wukusy receiving a Cash on Delivery (COD) amount from the courier company that is less than the COD selling price specified by the Seller, Wukusy will promptly transfer to the Seller the full amount received from the courier partner against every order shipped successfully. We are dedicated to ensuring smooth transactions and will work closely with the Seller to address and resolve any discrepancies caused by such issues. The Seller acknowledges that in these rare instances, the amount transferred will reflect the actual funds received from the courier company due to the unforeseen bug or glitch.
  • Important Notes
  • You can only withdraw funds from your wallet to a bank account that you have registered in your profile section.
  • Please ensure that the bank details provided are correct and up-to-date to avoid any delays in processing your withdrawal.
  • Any requests for withdrawal processing that do not meet the requirements outlined in this policy will not be entertained.
  • COD Remittance Cycle
  • For all COD orders, we receive the payment from our courier partners 10 days after the order is marked as delivered. This is a standard process followed by logistics companies to verify payments and reconcile transactions.
  • Please ensure that after the COD Remittance remitted into our accounts, it will be reflected in your wallet into 24 hour, Whichever the amount will be reflected into wallet that has been paid by courier.
  • In case of any delay in getting the COD amount remittance from courier partner, we will try to get that resolved and get the COD amount transferred however we are not liable for any delays happening in COD amount remittance due to courier partners.
